Jesse Rodrigues,Norman, Okla., 27, entered a plea of Nolo Contendere to driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Rodriguez will be sentenced on Feb. 13, 2012, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. The sentence was imposed following a guilty plea to the offense of indecent assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper David Pelachick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Howell for the offense in June 2011, after an incident in Rome Borough. Howell may be eligible for parole after serving the minimum sentence, and, if paroled, he will be subject to supervision and monitoring by the Bradford County Probation Department. Howell was incarcerated for 148 days on the charges.
Michael Harris, 24,Trout Run, Pa., was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the Bradford County Correctional Facility of from eight months to 23 months, 29 days followed by Probation for a term of 12 months and a fine of $1,000.
